Position Summary:
As an Assistant Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our holistic nutrition company. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, organizational proficiency, and a passion for holistic health.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Service Excellence:
Interact with customers via phone and email to provide exceptional service and address inquiries regarding products, orders, and general information. Utilize your hospitality background to ensure customers feel valued, supported, and understood in their holistic health journey. Provide a personalized experience to each individual with a focus on building long lasting relationships.
· Administrative Support:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including order processing, inventory management, data entry, scheduling and payroll processing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our system.
· Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, working collaboratively with others when necessary.
Provide insightful feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and product/service improvements.
Implement new strategies and/or initiatives to improve customer satisfaction based on feedback provided.
· Holistic Health Advocate:
Stay informed about our product offerings and holistic health principles to better assist customers in their wellness journey.
Share holistic nutrition tips and advice with customers when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably with a background in hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centric approach.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using standard office software and customer relationship management
- (CRM) systems.
- Passion for holistic health and wellness. (Experience preferred but not required)
