Commercial Producer

We seek an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Commercial Producer. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, possess a valid robo license, and demonstrate a proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of clients in the field of commercial insurance. This role will be pivotal in building and expanding our commercial division.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Retention:

Utilize existing networks and actively seek new clients for commercial insurance.

Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products.

Risk Assessment and Analysis:

Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients to determine appropriate coverage.

Analyze client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

Business Development:

Work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies for building the commercial division.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance business development efforts.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation. Sales Performance:
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization. Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial insurance role.

Possession of a valid robo license.
Established network of clients in the commercial insurance sector.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Work Schedule:
In-office position, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.


Compensation:
Competitive base salary for the first year with the potential for performance-based bonuses. Salary range: $25,000 - $45,000.
