Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic social media marketing plans to build and enhance personal brands for our team members and clients.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Utilize AI tools and analytics to optimize content performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for
- improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and
- drive results.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing and AI.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in social media marketing and personal branding, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and AI technology, with hands-on experience leveraging these tools to drive results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
